Principal Landscape Architect
Tim possesses extensive expertise in the industry, offering comprehensive landscape planning, design, sustainable solutions, and management skills. His deep passion for ecology and nature conservation has significantly influenced his holistic approach to landscape design, helping to shape the industry in Ireland.
His passion and drive continues to attract like-minded individuals who together comprise the team at Austen Landscape Architects.
In his free time, Tim has a love for plants and garden design, accruing multiple awards for his show gardens featured at the Bloom Garden Festival. He is an avid tennis player, recently joined a choral group and is currently developing his beloved garden in Wicklow full of thriving native species and design ideas.
Senior Landscape Architect
Carla’s international experience and expertise have brought a fresh perspective to the team since joining in 2018. Her international portfolio involves extensive work in the public sector, focusing on urban design, land use, and environmental protection projects, including the restoration of historical national treasures in Portugal, and improving and maintaining Portuguese national roads in multiple districts.
Her expertise and skill continue to expand her public realm design career with her highly detailed masterplans and designs for housing developments, educational facilities, hospitals and recreational park spaces across counties in Ireland. Her attention to detail and keen interest in producing the highest level of designs captures and incorporates all the ethos and philosophies of Austen Landscape Architects.
In her free time, Carla continues lending her creativity to and exploring a variety of craftsmanship inclusive of painting, basketry and more recently bespoke jewellery pieces.

Project Landscape Architect
Keith brings a high level of dedication and a diverse skill set to our team. With a background in Graphic and Web Design, he studied Landscape Architecture at the University of Gloucestershire, where he was honoured with the Bodfan Griffith Prize for outstanding academic achievement. Keith’s experience includes designing two international show gardens at the Ponte de Lima Festival de Jardins in Portugal and working on a variety of garden spaces, including restoration projects.
Known for his thoughtful and methodical approach, Keith excels both as a team member and when working independently. His practical knowledge extends to project installations, enhancing his comprehensive understanding of landscape design.
Outside of work, Keith is passionate about travel and has enjoyed scuba diving in numerous exotic locations. He also has a deep appreciation for classic rock and loves attending live music gigs whenever he can.

Project Landscape Designer
Sam joined our team in 2019, bringing a giant smile and a passion for all things design and plants. Her energetic and enthusiastic personality shines through in a wide variety of projects, from public realm to private garden designs. Sam is a multitasker and highly adaptive, smoothly integrating the ethos of Austen Landscape Architects into every project.
With strong skills in landscape design, graphics, software, and extensive plant knowledge, Sam also plays a key role in our social media and promotional efforts. Her background in teaching adds a thoughtful and considered approach to her work, while still maintaining a strong and effective presence where needed.
Outside of work, Sam channels her creative flair into painting, writing articles on nature and garden design, baking, playing guitar, and hiking whenever possible.

Project Landscape Architect
A valued member of our team, Siddhi brings a wealth of knowledge and high energy! With her master’s in landscape architecture from University College Dublin and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Mumbai University, India, Siddhi’s expertise spans architectural design and project management.
Siddhi, with her bright personality, smoothly guides projects from start to finish. Her keen eye for detail and excellent communicative skills ensure all projects meet our design expectations, blending nature, technical and functional requirements in a meaningful way.
In her free time, Siddhi enjoys exploring nature, soaking in culture, expanding her foodie experiences, and is an avid cricket enthusiast, supporting both India and Ireland!
B. Arch, MSC Landscape Architecture
Urban Designer
An asset to our team, Nuno brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. Since completing his degree at E.S.A.P. in Porto and registering with the Ordem dos Arquitectos Portugueses in 1998, Nuno has built an impressive career. His work spans roles at the Technical Historical Preservation Office and as a Project Architect at Câmara Municipal da Guarda, where he has been since 2001. Nuno also co-founded the architecture and landscape architecture firm TERRAFACIL in 2007 with landscape architect Carla Madeira.
Nuno’s discerning eye for detail and execution is evident across all documents and projects. His deep-rooted familiarity with the processes and requirements of larger developments and interdisciplinary teams enhances his approach.
An avid photographer, Nuno captures the essence and presence of completed projects at Austen Landscape Architects through high-quality images. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the mechanical details of intricate watch mechanisms.
